We Apex Actsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd. a private limited company registered under Companies Act, 1956, having office at 8th Floor, Balaji Infotech Park, Plot No. A-278, Wagle Industrial Estate, Road No. 16 A, Lane Next to Wagle Police Station, Thane (W)– 400604 (“Portal / Apex” / “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide Products and Services pertaining to accounting and financial management software solutions which allows easy access to customized and modified tally application. It has developed business specific accounting Products and add ons to facilitate smooth accounting, and user friendly solutions for accounts, inventory, business entries, compliance and MIS.
References to “You / you”, “Users / users”, ““Your / your” shall mean the Users accessing and using the Services through the Platform.
We respect the privacy of everyone who visits or uses our Platform.
